Champion, Pa. - The parents of a 22-year old who died in a condo fire near Seven Springs Mountain have filed a lawsuit against several different parties.

Jonathan Murt and 26-year-old Sasha Zuro, both of Belle Vernon, died of smoke inhalation from the fire last January.

Thomas and Mary Lou Murt are suing the condo's owner, the condo association, the manufacturer of the fireplace there, a chimney cleaning company, and an acquaintance of their son.

They say the acquaintance stoked the fire and fell asleep, waking up to a room full of smoke.

The other defendants are accused of failing to maintain or properly inspect the condition of the fireplace.

Police said Zuro and Murt had been staying at a friend's condo on Sunbridge Road for a ski weekend at the resort.
