Andrew K . Mitnick

Andrew Mitnick received his B.A. in Government from Franklin & Marshall College in 1994 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1997.

Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2005, Mr. Mitnick practiced law with Harvey, Pennington, Ltd.; the Beasley Firm; and Kent & McBride during which time he gained experience in areas of law including medical malpractice, construction litigation, and general liability.

Mr. Mitnick is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
