Brian Strauss received his B.A. in Political Science from Temple University in 1974 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University School of Law in 1977.

Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2005, Mr. Strauss worked with the District Attorney's Office, as well as with various plaintiff and defense law firms during which time he gained experience in areas such as medical malpractice, products liability, and other general personal injury including motor vehicle and slip & fall. He has also practiced in areas such as criminal law and insurance defense.

Mr. Strauss is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
