David L. Goldfarb received his B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from Tulane University. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from University of Miami Law School in 1998.

Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2005, Mr. Goldfarb worked as an attorney with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office, Phillips Richard and Rind, P.A., and Fisher Lawrence and Malove, P.A.

Mr. Goldfarb is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Florida and Nevada. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Florida Bar, the State Bar of Nevada, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
