Geoffrey Parmer received his B.A. from the University of South Florida in 1989 and his Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1993.

Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2006, Mr. Parmer worked as an attorney for James, Hoyer, Newcomer & Smiljanich, P.A. and the Bales Weinstein law firm. Mr. Parmer has litigated a wide range of class action and other cases in federal and state courts across the country, primarily representing plaintiffs who were victims of financial fraud. Additionally, Mr. Parmer has experience in complex commercial and environmental litigation, including mass toxic tort actions.

Mr. Parmer is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Tampa Bay Chapter of the American Inns of Court. He is a member of the Florida Bar, as well as admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
