Mary Ellen Spiece received both her B.A. in History and her Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 1983 and 1986, respectively.

Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2003, Ms. Spiece served as an Army JAG officer for almost five years, focusing on criminal law, administrative law, and federal tort law. She also completed a six-month internship with the Securities and Exchange Commission, focusing on securities law.

Ms. Spiece is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of California.
