Richard E. Circeo

Rick Circeo received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, with honors, in 1992 and his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi in 1994. He was honored as the winner of the Heidelberg Woodliff Oral Advocacy Competition in 1993.

Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2000, Mr. Circeo practiced with Holcomb & Dunbar in Oxford, Mississippi and Ford & Harrison, L.L.P. in Memphis. Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Circeo has practiced civil litigation focusing in such areas as employment discrimination, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, and nursing home abuse and neglect.

Mr. Circeo is licensed to practice law in Kentucky, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
