Ronn Whitaker received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from UCLA in 1980. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1983 from the UCLA School of Law where he was the Managing Editor of the National Black Law Journal for two years. He was also selected as a Distinguished Advocate in the UCLA Moot Court Honors Program.

Ronn was elevated to principal at Spray, Gould & Bowers after two years and in 1991, became a founding shareholder of Robinson, Dilando & Whitaker. He has also practiced in the corporate law department of the State Farm Insurance Companies. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is also licensed to practice in every Federal District Court in the State of California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ronn has specialized in all aspects of civil litigation, with extensive experience in representing legal and medical professionals, business associations and corporations, as well as injured consumers.

Ronn is a member of the American and Los Angeles County Bar Associations and has also been elected to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates.
