Terry Schneier received her undergraduate degree in English and American Literature from Brandeis University in 1976. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the Southwestern University School of Law in 1983, and an M.B.A. from the University of Judaism in 2002 where she received the Jerry Greenberg Award for Excellence in Non-Profit Management.
Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2003, Ms. Schneier has practiced in areas of law including insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense, and criminal defense with the Orange County Public Defender. She also has experience with federal habeas death penalty defense cases.
Ms. Schneier is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California. She is a
member of the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of California.
In addition to practicing law, Ms. Schneier devotes her time to extensive work in non-profit organizations. She is the founder and former Executive Director of Youths Educated for Success, an anti-violence, pro-social organization dedicated to teaching alternatives to violence to children and the adults who care for them.
Ms. Schneier is also the managing attorney for Wilkes & McHugh, P.A.'s Los Angeles office.
