Brian L. Strauss
Brian Strauss received his B.A. in Political Science from Temple University in 1974 and Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in 1977.
Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., in 2005, Mr. Strauss was a prosecutor with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, and later in private practice with various plaintiff and defense law firms where he gained extensive trial experience in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle litigation and criminal law. Since joining Wilkes & McHugh, he has tried numerous cases to successful verdicts and argued various appellate matters before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Strauss is A/V rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating given for legal ability and professional ethics. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, West Virginia and admitted to appear before the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Courts of the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey and Southern District of West Virginia. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association and Lawyers Club of Philadelphia.
