David L. Eanes, Jr.

David Eanes received his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1995 and 1999, respectively. During law school, he won Best Overall in the intramural Moot Court Competition and was Chair of the Moot Court Board.

Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2003, Mr. Eanes held a judicial clerkship with Associate Justice Tom Glaze of the Arkansas Supreme Court. He then served as law clerk in the Sixth Division Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial District in Pulaski and Perry Counties, working for the Honorable David B. Bogard and his successor to the bench, the Honorable Timothy Davis Fox.

Mr. Eanes is licensed to practice law in Arkansas. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
