Laura L. Orozco

In 2002, Laura Orozco earned her Bachelor of Science in elementary education from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park. During the following three years, she worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Merck & Co., Inc. in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania region. In 2005, Ms. Orozco left Merck to pursue her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she focused her studies in the area of civil litigation. Ms. Orozco was awarded the Dean's Merit Scholarship for each year of her attendance at Pitt Law.

In 2008, Ms. Orozco moved to Tampa, Florida to begin her legal career. She worked as a civil defense attorney in the areas of workers' compensation, medical and legal malpractice, auto negligence, insurance bad faith and coverage, sovereign immunity, and general litigation. She joined the Phoenix office of Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in August 2011.

Ms. Orozco is currently licensed to practice law in Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Florida. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arizona Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar Association.
