Melanie L. Bossie

Melanie Bossie received her B.S. in Criminology, magna cum laude, from Florida State University. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida State University School of Law, with high honors, in 1992.

Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 1999, Ms. Bossie was a Prosecutor with the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office. Ms. Bossie has handled over 100 jury trials, while prosecuting for the County Attorney, focusing on career-type criminal matters and homicide litigation including a death penalty case.

Ms. Bossie is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Florida. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Florida Bar and the Florida Justice Association.
