Peter D. Giglione

Peter Giglione received both his B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations in 1999, as well as his Juris Doctorate degree in 2002 from Duquesne University. During law school he traveled the country with both the appellate and trial moot court teams. In 2002, he was selected Best Advocate for the Northeast U.S. for his performance at the American College of Trial Lawyers trial competition.

Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 2005, Mr. Giglione practiced law with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, P.C. where he gained defense litigation experience in areas of law such as products liability, toxic torts, and premises liability.

Mr. Giglione is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.

He is the recipient of the Katie Elisabeth Westbrook Award, which is awarded annually by the faculty at Duquesne University to the student who expresses the most passion for the law with respect to trial advocacy. Also while in law school, Mr. Giglione was elected to the Justice Louis E. Manderino Honor Society and the National Order of Barristers by the law school faculty
