Timothy Sirhal
Timothy Sirhal majored in Journalism at Millersville University before earning a Master of Arts in Corporate Communication from Duquesne University in 2002. While at Duquesne, Mr. Sirhal was active with the school's Equal Justice Project, which investigated the legal, governmental, and community processes impacting the death penalty in Pennsylvania.
He earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Temple University. While there, he served as a staff member on the Temple Law Review.
Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., Mr. Sirhal was a journalism instructor at Duquesne University, marketing writer for a software company, and most recently a rating specialist with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). While at the VA, he advised potential beneficiaries of their legal rights and made formal legal determinations on entitlement to disability benefits. He remains active with veterans' issues in the community. Mr. Sirhal worked as a law clerk with Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. before joining the firm as an attorney.
Mr. Sirhal is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
