Alison Guest graduated cum laude from Bryn Mawr College before earning a Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, Ms.Guest was an Assistant District Attorney for the City of Philadelphia for more than a decade. As an appellate prosecutor, she successfully litigated more than three hundred appeals on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In dozens of those cases, she presented oral argument in the Pennsylvania Supreme, Superior, and Commonwealth Courts.
She also served on the Civil Litigation Unit of the District Attorney’s Office, where she handled complex civil-rights litigation and represented the First Assistant District Attorney in Right to Know Law matters. Before becoming an Assistant District Attorney, Ms. Guest was an associate at a plaintiff-oriented general civil litigation law firm, also in Philadelphia.
