The American Association for Justice will present Nursing Home Litigation Fundamentals: Celebrating 30 Years of the NHLG with Lessons by Past Chairs in Santa Fe October 28-29. The education event is co-presented by the Nursing Home Litigation Group. Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. attorney Ruben Krisztal will give a presentation on Written Discovery during the first day of the conference. Krisztal was involved in organizing and promoting the Nursing Home Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice, including serving as chair of the group twice.
Mr. Krisztal is A/V-rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been listed in Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers since 1998. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum and a recipient of the 2001 “Dedication to Excellence” award from a national continuing legal education program. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification (NBLSC). During his career as senior trial counsel, Mr. Krisztal has obtained several multimillion settlements and verdicts.
