Mr. Mann graduated from Capital University Law School in 2009. While in law school, he received the Brian A. Freeman Scholarship for Excellence in Constitutional Law. Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., Mr. Mann practiced in Chicago, Illinois, where he focused his practice on trucking and vehicular accidents, premises liability, and construction negligence.
Mr. Salyer earned his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University in 1999. Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Salyer has practiced commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and criminal defense. He has had a particular focus in appellate law, both civil and criminal, with several cases reported in West's Reporter Series.
