Megan Hunter graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminology from Florida State University before earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, she was the executive research editor of the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy, was a mentor in the Law School Mentoring Project, and was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity.
Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, Ms. Hunter was a litigation associate with Regan Zebouni Atwood & Whelan, P.A. in Jacksonville. Her experience included handling construction disputes, such as foreclosures, contract disputes, and design defects. She also worked as a contract attorney with Colleen A. White Law in Jacksonville where she practiced probate law, including drafting trusts, wills and advanced health care directives.
