Rainey C. Booth received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of West Florida before earning his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Booth won Book Awards for Torts, Property, Florida Civil Procedure, and Trade Secret Law. He also acted as Notes Editor for the Journal of Technology Law & Policy.
Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, Mr. Booth served as a summer associate at Michles & Booth in Pensacola, Florida. He also dedicated a semester each to acting as trial assistant for Littlepage Booth on a case in New York and research assistant for an environmental law professor in Gainesville.
