Rick Circeo received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, with honors, in 1992 and his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi in 1994. Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh in 2000, Mr. Circeo practiced with Holcomb & Dunbar in Oxford, Mississippi and Ford & Harrison, L.L.P. in Memphis. Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Circeo has practiced civil litigation focusing in such areas as employment discrimination, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, and nursing home abuse and neglect.
