Ross Mann graduated from the University of Michigan in 2004 with Academic All-Big Ten Honors, and from Capital University Law School in 2009. While in law school, he received the Brian A. Freeman Scholarship for Excellence in Constitutional Law. Prior to joining Wilkes & McHugh, Mr. Mann practiced in Chicago, Illinois, where he focused his practice on trucking and vehicular accidents, premises liability, and construction negligence.
